What experience does your company have with sustainable pay structures? How are you preparing for the new laws on pay transparency passed in Germany, the UK, Iceland, France, or elsewhere? What are the long-term effects of pay equity? And what can companies learn from one another?
We are always on the hunt for new experiences that major corporations, SMEs, or micro-businesses have had with fair pay, transparent salaries, and/or participatory management models. We are, of course, especially interested in hearing about people’s positive experiences in corporate practice, but we also find that the less than positive experiences carry merit, too. They help us all to avoid starting at square one. In a nutshell, mistakes can teach us a great deal!
