What experience do other companies have of sustainable pay structures? How are they preparing for the new law on pay transparency? What are the long-term effects of pay equity? And what can companies learn from one another?
We are always looking out for new experiences that major corporations, SMEs or micro-businesses have had of fair pay, transparent salaries or participative management. Naturally we are interested above all in the good experiences that people have had in corporate practice. But we also find the less good experiences fascinating – after all, we do not all have to start at square one. We can learn from the mistakes made by others!
Here we can show you particularly exciting examples of fair pay in practice, as well as the results of the latest research in pay equity and transparency. If you too would like to share your experience or knowledge with us, please get in touch. We would be pleased to hear from you!
