At the regularly Best Practices Exchange, compensation experts from participating companies can ask their questions in an exclusive round and confidential atmosphere to exchange views on hurdles, challenges, and successes on the way to fair pay. Fair Pay Analysts, who are at the beginning of the process, benefit from the experience of Fair Pay Developers, who are in the midst of implementing measures, and they, in turn, benefit from the know-how of Fair Pay Leaders, who have already been able to close their pay gaps.
The discussions take place quarterly in a neutral setting, in compliance with the Chatham House Rules, and are not open to the public. Participation is by invitation only.
