Independent perspectives. One question.
The FPI Advisory Board
Can the system used to determine pay produce fairness?
Founder Perspective
Henrike von Platen, Founder and CEO of the FPI Fair Pay Innovation Lab and architect of the UNIVERSAL FAIR PAY CHECK®. She positions fair pay as a governance issue and an externally accountable standard, developing independent frameworks that challenge conventional approaches to pay equity and transparency.
“Are we ready to treat fair pay as governance and not as a project?”
FPI Advisory Board
The FPI Advisory Board brings together leading experts from science, business, and professional practice to contribute to the ongoing development of fair pay as a field and to actively shape the future direction of the FPI Fair Pay Innovation Lab.
The Advisory Board provides strategic insights, expert reflection, and forward-looking perspectives on fair pay, pay transparency, analytical methodologies, and the evolving landscape of compensation systems worldwide. Its members contribute their experience and independent judgment to challenge assumptions, identify emerging developments, and strengthen the long-term relevance, credibility, and impact of work in this space.
The Advisory Board has no decision-making, supervisory, or certification role. It operates as an independent, voluntary advisory body and serves as a strategic sparring environment, complementing governance and certification structures with deep domain expertise and continuous reflection.
By convening the Advisory Board, FPI reinforces its commitment to thought leadership, continuous learning, and the responsible evolution of fair pay standards in a rapidly changing global context.
