What sets our FPI partners apart? How do they tackle the real-world challenges of implementing fair pay practices? Our annual Fair Pay Partner Circle is dedicated to the exchange of experiences and strategies – exclusive, constructive, and confidential.

The Fair Pay Partner Circle is our platform for discussions, inviting participating partners to share insights. In an exclusive and confidential setting, compensation experts discuss the hurdles, challenges, and successes they encounter in their journey towards fair pay.

Daily work challenges require concrete solutions and practical measures. These discussions provide a space for partners to share their experiences, learn from each other, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

Every January, we at FPI Fair Pay Innovation Lab, in collaboration with our esteemed partners, host the Fair Pay Partner Circle. This annual virtual event, first held in 2024, serves as a platform for partners to connect, exchange insights, and set the stage for a successful year ahead.

These discussions occur annually on neutral ground, adhering to Chatham House Rules, and are not made public. Participation is by invitation only: all FPI partners receive invitations to our Fair Pay Partner Circles.
