The FPI Screening Board

As early as spring 2021, companies are awarded the UNIVERSAL FAIR PAY CHECK. The certification process can be carried out worldwide regardless of the size of the enterprise, the number of employees, the organizational structure or the applicable legislation at any location. In April 2022, the globally unique certification is recognized as a European certification mark and the FPI Screening Board with international experts has been assigned.

The award committee reviews all company applications, follows the international debate on fair pay and participates in the dialogue. The FPI Screening Board is renewed every two years, monitors compliance with and the effectiveness of the certification requirements, and ensures that the UNIVERSAL FAIR PAY CHECK remains the most reliable and best way to implement and guarantee fair pay.
