Our imperative: to be in the black while as white as snow! Zebras are companies that follow a good cause and still operate profitably. We are very vigilant in this respect and are registered as a not-for-profit company with a clear business purpose from the very beginning: fair pay for all. This means that: We have no profit-making intentions. But we do have costs.

As a relatively young zebra, we need the support of our herd. In the summer of 2020, as is customary for zebras in the wild, we decided on our third birthday to significantly expand our reach out from Berlin and over the German border: We want to help companies all over the world achieve fair pay for all employees - no matter where they come from, who they love, what they believe in or how old they are.

In addition, we make sure that the herd of zebras continues to grow because fair pay for all is the first step if we want to achieve all the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Economic independence is the most important prerequisite for equality and equal opportunities. Our ultimate goal! Anyone who supports us, helps other companies become zebras, too:
