FAIR PAY MANAGEMENT CIRCLE
Discussions around business
Our aim is the practical implementation of pay equity in our daily work. But what makes a sustainable pay strategy successful, and is it ultimately effective? What are the effects of transparency on companies and employees? Do we need more or fewer statutory provisions? And what demands are made on companies, on politics, and where do these two intersect?
The challenges inherent to daily work require concrete solutions and practical measures. In order to develop new ideas and sound out innovative potential, we bring all the actors in the labor market to the table, extending invitations to experts and decision-makers from the fields of industry, commerce, academia, and politics to share their views with the broader goal of triggering new debates including controversial ones.
Fair pay as business practice
Each Fair Pay Management Circle focuses on a different topic; for example, “Implementation of the law on transparency of pay,” “Fair pay as employer branding,” or “Equality from the corporate perspective.” Brief keynote introductions provide input for the discussion and constructive exchange, which take place on neutral ground and are not made public. Participation is by invitation only.
If you would like to take part in a Fair Pay Management Circle or would like to recommend an expert or company representative to be invited, please send us an email or give us a call!
