FAIR PAY MANAGEMENT CIRCLE
Our concern lies in the practical implementation of pay equity in everyday business operations. But how does a sustainable pay strategy succeed, and does it ultimately pay? What effects does transparency have for companies and employees? Do we need more or fewer statutory provisions? And where are demands made of companies, where are demands made of politics, and at which interfaces is there a need for optimisation?
To meet the challenges in everyday business operations, we need concrete solutions and practical measures. In order to develop new ideas and sound out innovative potential, we bring all the actors on the labour market to the table – and in quite concrete terms: we invite experts and decision-makers from the fields of industry and commerce, science and politics to share their views, in order to trigger new debates, including controversial ones.
Fair pay in business practice
Each Fair Pay Management Circle focuses on a different topic, for example “Implementation of the law on transparency of pay”, “Fair pay as employer branding” or “Equality from the corporate perspective”. Brief keynote introductions provide suggestions for the discussion and constructive exchange between experts from the companies. The discussions take place on neutral ground and are not public. Participation is by invitation only.
