Partner Statement
One of the biggest hurdles to the achievement of wage justice is the clichés embedded in our minds. These do not only continue to wield influence on the course of our careers but often play a decisive role in the choice of profession as well. The Cliché Free Initiative supports girls and boys in finding professions that fit their strengths, interests, and life plans, free from gender stereotypes. The aim is to provide guidance on career and study choices nationwide in Germany that entirely upholds the principle of gender equality.
