Description
In 2020, Catalyst set up the Gender and Diversity KPI Alliance (GDKA). Catalyst’s goal is to create workplaces that work for women. For this goal, the New York-based not-for-profit teams up with leading companies and organizations as well as the most powerful CEOs across the globe. Fair pay is one of the major issues at stake in Catalyst’s work. Under the theme “what gets measured, gets done” sustainable change is triggered: companies are encouraged to collect data on representation of the workforce, the board, and pay equality. FPI CEO and founder Henrike von Platen is part of the steering committee of the alliance.
