WPL – Women Political Leaders

As a global network of women politicians, the WPL – Women Political Leaders have a clear mission: to increase both the number and influence of women in political leadership positions. Since 2018, WPL organizes the yearly Reykjavík Global Forum. The “Davos of Women” gathers influential women and leaders on gender equality from the spheres of politics, academia, and the corporate world to discuss hands-on approaches in realizing equal opportunities. From 2018 to 2020, the FPI contributed expertise on the topic of fair pay in Leaders Talks. We also pledged to advance our activities on equal opportunities and fair pay – alongside many other companies and organizations.
