Partner Statement
Further than a pay gap problem, companies face an explainability problem. They know what they pay but don’t have the tools to justify it (to an employee, to employee representatives, to regulators and even to themselves). That’s why partnering with FPI is an obvious fit for us. We don’t want to let companies off the hook with a score. We push them to understand why gaps exist and what it actually takes to close them. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to. At Figures, we built a platform specifically for European companies navigating pay equity and the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Fair pay isn’t a compliance checkbox, it’s a business decision that compounds: companies with explainable, structured pay attract better talent, retain it longer, and face fewer costly surprises. We partner with FPI because we share a common objective: that the companies willing to do the work will win.
